We are so honored to be a part of your journey! To ensure your time with us is as seamless and magical as possible, we’ve put together a few details to help you prepare for your visit.
Choosing Your Vibe: If you dream of a quieter, more intimate shopping experience, we highly recommend visiting on a weekday or joining us for a Sunday Funday visit (wedding dress visits only). If you love a lively, celebratory energy where the boutique is buzzing with "I said yes!" moments, you’ll love the atmosphere of our Saturdays.
What is a Sunday Funday visit? Our Sunday Funday is an exclusive, private wedding dress shopping experience designed for the bride who wants a private area of our boutique all to herself! These premium appointments take place on Sundays when the boutique is otherwise closed, providing you and your guests with a peaceful, intimate environment. It is the ultimate way to celebrate your search for "the one" with undivided attention from our senior styling team. Did we mention it includes champagne?!

Volle’s offers a refined, European-style bridal experience. To give your gown search the intentionality it deserves, we offer one-on-one styling by reservation.
Because we treat our curated collection with the utmost care, a majority of our gowns are kept in protective bags rather than on open racks. This allows your stylist to personally select and present the pieces that best align with your vision. Your dedicated stylist will act as your personal guide, selecting gowns tailored to your unique vision and helping you discover the silhouette that makes you feel most beautiful.

Length of Visit:
To ensure every client receives our undivided attention, bridal and formal visits are 90 minutes. Our stylists work back-to-back to accommodate all of our lovely guests, so we appreciate your help in staying within your allotted time.
Preparation:
To make the most of your time, we recommend exploring your favorite silhouettes and designers on our website, vollesbridal.com, beforehand. You can even create a “favorites” list to share with your stylist when you arrive!
We want you to feel confident and comfortable in every gown you try. To help the dresses fit as intended, we recommend wearing:
- Full-coverage underwear (skin-toned shades work best!)
- A strapless bra or pasties
- Heels and shapewear are always welcome but certainly not required.
Bringing Guests:
We invite you to bring up to four guests whose opinions you value most. We find that a supportive, positive group creates the most joyful and stress-free experience for our brides.
Little Ones:
We love families! However, because our boutique features grand staircases, balconies, and hard surfaces, we kindly ask that children under 12 attend only when necessary to ensure their safety and a relaxing environment for all shoppers.
Our historic boutique features three steps at the entrance and a grand staircase leading to our main bridal floor. Your comfort is our priority—if you or a guest requires main-floor accessibility, please let us know in advance so we can have everything perfectly prepared for your arrival.
Our Restrooms: Located on the lower level of Volle’s and the main level of Mr. Tux’s.
Pricing:
- Wedding Dresses: Our bridal collection begins around $1,800, with a beautiful variety of styles across many price points.
- Formal Dresses: Gowns range from $700 to $2,300.
Securing Your Dress:
When you find "the one," we require either full payment or a 60% deposit to begin the ordering process. We accept credit cards, checks, and cash.
Timeline:
- Bridal: We recommend allowing 7–8 months for your gown to arrive. Alterations typically begin 2½–3 months before your big day.
- Formal Wear: Some designers require up to 6 months. If your event is sooner, don't worry! Our stylists are experts at checking "in-stock" availability for quicker turnarounds.
Cancellations & Fees:
Standard visits are complimentary! We only apply fees for our exclusive Sunday Funday private experiences, or in the event of a no-show or cancellation made within 48 hours. If you need to reschedule, please call or text us 48 hours in advance so we can offer that time to another waiting bride.
To ensure the perfect fit, professional alterations are available exclusively for gowns purchased at Volle’s.
