A standard initial bridal styling consultation at Volle's takes about 90 minutes. This gives us plenty of time to chat about your wedding vision, explore different silhouettes, and comfortably try on gowns without ever feeling rushed.

To ensure your experience is relaxing and intimate, we comfortably accommodate the bride plus up to 4 guests in our standard bridal suites. Bringing your closest, most supportive loved ones ensures your voice and vision remain the focus. For larger groups, please contact us directly so we can discuss our premium, private VIP appointment options! Please be mindful of bringing children under the age of 12 to any visits. Hard surfaces, balconies, and open staircases can pose risks; we want to maintain a safe environment for all.

Come wearing your full-coverage underwear and a strapless bra, if you have one. You can also wear pasties if you want to. No need to bring heels or shapewear. (We recommend wearing skin-tone undergarments.)

Bring the people who support you and want you to feel your best! Your Volle’s team will also be there to cheer you on through this experience. Having a good “team” will only add to the magic of selecting your dream dress!

Yes! Our visits are European-style. You will work one-on-one with a stylist, and the dresses are brought to you. Our gowns are in individual bags; we do not have open stock to browse through. Our seasoned stylists can help you find your dream dress!

Weekends are full of excitement and energy, but if you prefer a quieter shopping trip, a weekday visit is the perfect choice for you.

We do not charge for a visit to our store unless you book a Sunday Funday visit. That is a private visit on Sundays only. We only charge if you cancel your visit with us less than 48 hours or if you do not show up to your scheduled visit.

Volle’s wedding dress and formal dress visits are 90 minutes. Your stylist will guide your visit so that you get the most out of your time. We schedule our visits back-to-back. To respect the client following your visit, it is important to be mindful of the end time. To make sure you get the most out of your visit here at Volle’s, we highly recommend taking a little time beforehand to discover the silhouette you absolutely love and the design elements that make you feel amazing!

Bridal sizing is very different from everyday streetwear. In the bridal world, sizes run significantly smaller than standard retail (often by 2 to 3 sizes). Rest assured, our expert consultants do not care about the number on the tag—we focus entirely on your measurements to order the size that will fit your body most beautifully.

Almost universally, yes. A wedding gown is a piece of wearable art, and alterations are the magic ingredient that transforms a dress into your dress. Because we believe in a true full-service experience, we provide expert, highly specialized in-house alterations to ensure your gown fits flawlessly and contours perfectly to your body.

Do not panic—we take care of our brides! While a typical special-order gown takes 4 to 6 months to arrive, we have deep relationships with our designers and can often request rush shipping. Alternatively, you can browse our gorgeous off-the-rack sample selection or look at designers who keep immediate stock ready to ship.

While the vast majority of our stunning gowns are special-order to ensure a perfect match to your details, we do maintain a curated selection of beautiful sample gowns available for immediate purchase off-the-rack. This is an excellent option for short timelines or brides looking for an incredible designer find.

Absolutely! In fact, most of our brides say "yes to the dress" during their very first visit. When you have an expert stylist who listens closely to your vision and curates gowns specifically for you, the magic happens much faster than you think.

When you say yes to your dress, we require full payment or a minimum of 60% down. We accept credit cards, checks, and cash.

Wedding Dresses: You will need about 6-8 months to order a wedding dress. You will then start Alterations 2 ½ to 3 months before your wedding!

Formal Dresses: You will need about 6 months with some designers to order a dress. Our stylists can always check with the designer if they have hanging stock if your date is sooner!

Wedding Dresses: Bridal gowns start around $2000 and go up from there. We have a wide range of dresses at EVERY price point!
