Thanks to everyone at Volle's, especially the owner and my consultant Flo, for being so patient with me as I tried to find my dress! I had cold feet and doubts about the first dress I purchased and when I called them about this, they were very nice to accommodate me again to find my dream dress. I had tried dresses at a number of places downtown and highwood. I found two dresses and needed to try them on at one store. Volles carried both collections and were accomodating to make an appointment. I made my decision that night and work with Flo. She was delightful. I wanted to do a bridal photo session a month before the wedding, so after 2 fittings - I was able to take the dress and have the photo shoot in my parents' back yard. I returned the dress for 2 more fittings and it was perfect! Their service was wonderful and I bought a gorgeous gown that was under budget! - Eileen 10/9/12 I had found a dress I was in LOVE with and searched all over the city for it. I found out that Volle's had it, so I immediately called them up to set up an appointment. I was able to get in a few days later. My mom and I met with Flo who is absolutely amazing and so full of energy. Her personality mixed perfectly with mine, which made my 90 minute appointment so much more memorable. She found *The* Dress, I tried it on, fell in love, but she knew I couldn't just say YES right then and there, she brought me many more dresses and finally the last one she brought out, was for real, THE dress! If it wasn't for her, I would have settled for something I thought I loved. I cannot wait for my dress to come in a few more months!!! They are phenomenal to work with and I would recommend them to everyone and anyone looking for a dress!! - Amy 9/28/12 I got my wedding gown at Volle's and I was surprised at the number of options in my price range. They had a great variety of styles and designers! I thought their alterations department did a wonderful job as well! Everyone was friendly and helpful too. 9/26/12 I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Volle's. I scheduled an appointment to view the Jim Hjelm trunk show. Due to an incident a few years back, I have great difficulty in taking stairs. Well, the wedding dresses at Volle's are on the second floor. When I booked my appointment, the receptionist was more than willing to bring the trunk show to the first floor. However, when we arrived, I was not aware of the stairs to get into the store. My mother went inside to cancel the appointment but the consultant and owner volunteered the use of Mr. Tux's fitting room to try on the wedding gowns. In case you don't know, Volle's also owns a tuxedo rental store behind the bridal salon.My consultant Flo, made the event extremely special. She was kind, compassionate, and passionate about her work. Flo did not pressure me into buying a dress and encouraged my mother and I to think through our decision. She had excellent taste and somehow knew what would look good on my petite frame. The owner stopped by to make sure we were comfortable in our different surroundings and was just a pleasure to work with. I returned to Volle's the following day to show "the" dress to a couple relatives and again, Flo and the owner made our visit truly memorable. I am truly appreciative of the wonderful care given by Flo and the owner. I highly recommend Volle's for an intimate shopping experience for a wedding gown or special occasion dress. - Stacy On a whim, I decided to stop by Volle's Bridal by myself to take a look at gowns this past weekend. I am newly engaged and one of my good friends is getting married this weekend, so I really couldn't drag anyone to go dress shopping with me just yet. I had a smaller budget, but the ladies at Volle's treated me like I was a million bucks. Kacie was my consultant and gave me personal attention despite my limited funds. I didn't really have an exact vision of what kind of dress I wanted, so she pulled a variety of styles for me and helped me in/out of each dress. She was so helpful, especially since I didn't bring anyone along. Those dresses are big and awkward! And she did it all with a smile the whole time.Anyway, after putting on the 2nd dress, I felt it. It was THE dress. Couldn't be it, right? 2nd dress I tried on? A week after I got engaged? With no one else with me? I was completely doubting myself, so I asked to try on a bunch more dresses to compare. Kacie even went to the "vault" to pull more dresses for me to try on...I must have tried on every fabric and every shape. Nope, none of these other dresses were doing anything for me. That 2nd dress was definitely THE dress! Kacie was so excited for me, it felt nice to be able to share in the moment with someone that is so friendly and sincere. Like I said, I had a small budget, but she treated me like I just said yes to a $$$$$ dress! - I highly recommend Volle's Bridal and Kacie, the sweetest consultant ever! 7/2/2012 Thank you Pamela for everything... you went above and beyond the call when the designer of my daughters bridemaid dresses decided to disconnect it out of the blue. You got him to make 5 more then stop. Volles is a very cute location and makes the brides feel special and NOT a cattle call like the large dress vendors like Davids. - Coleen H. 6/4/2012 THIS PLACE SAVED MY WEDDING! This company cares so much about the people they help. They made me feel like family and went above and beyond to save my wedding. I bought a dress at a different salon and that salon ruined the dress TWO DAYS before my wedding. I went to Volle's freaking out about this ruined dress. They dropped everything they were doing and didn't stop helping me until i had the perfect new wedding dress. As if that weren't enough they and had it fitted,altered and prefect in less then 12 hours. I couldn't believe how these people came through for me in such a time of need, especially since my wedding was 48 hours away..... Thank's Volle's for a beautiful wedding and a fairy tale ending. - Dina G. 5/12/2012 I had a great experience with Volle's - even though this was 3 years ago. My own mother got her wedding dress at Volle's back in the 80's! My bridal consultants were so incredibly sweet ( i remember Jessica, but not the other one). They attended to my needs and were always great with scheduling. I never felt rushed or like they needed to get another customer in. They took their time and let me take in the whole experience. There's a reason they've been around so long. They're great!! I found my dream wedding dress at Volle's Bridal & Boutique. After looking at a few stores, I felt really comfortable at Volle's. Pamela was wonderful and so helpful! The service and attention to detail was wonderful. They made me fell like a special bride instead of just a number. We came in on a Saturday afternoon and had the pleasure of working with Flo. She was very patient with us, listening to exactly what my daughter wanted in a bridal gown. She was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Being the unknowing mother of the bride, Flo explained everything to me from the ordering of the gown to the alterations to even telling me she would help my daughter get dressed on the day of her wedding. She made this experience so delightful. I cannot wait till I'm ready to look for my own mother of the bride dress, Flo introduced me to the "mothers specialist" Lysa, who gave me so many great ideas by just looking at my body type. Lysa was very fun to talk with, she even called me a couple of days later to let me know she had received a new gown she thought I would like. Flo went above and beyond what our expectations could ever be. Definitely go to Volle's and see Flo and Lysa, they will find the perfect gown for you. Thank you!! My husband and I celebrated our 6 month anniversary this Christmas Eve. And, as it happens, talk about the wedding lead to talk about my dress. My mother and I continue to speak about your exceptionally talented, warm and gracious staff. Every fitting we had with Theresa was pure magic - she is exceptionally talented. I am in awe that she made the bodice of the dress so perfectly and the fit could not have been better. Moreover, she was such a wonderful spirit to be around during the stressful preparations leading up to the big day. Thank you for making this experience so wonderful and memorable. - Lindsey Volle's had what looked like a large collection to pick from in varying sizes. Pamela was very professional getting my chubby butt into these gowns and lacing them up or clipping or whatever it is they do back there. She didn't rush me at all and waited for me to say "okay, let's get me out of this one" to move to the next. When I had alteration questions, the owner came in to answer things and she was just as friendly. I did not buy the dress that day because I am losing some weight before committing to the dress size - but I am absolutely going back in February to get it from Pamela. I just wanted to send my sincere gratitude to you for helping me find the wedding dress of my dreams. Your fantastic fashion sense and recommendation for a short veil was just icing on the cake! My appointment was with Pamela, who was so sweet! Very friendly and definitely got my style immediately - better than any of the five shops before Volle's, too. Pamela pulled five gorgeous dresses for me, and honestly likes them all. The last though, happened to be the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. I am not one for getting weepy or even getting excited to try on these dresses, but this one has me so happy for my wedding day and getting to wear it. I found the "THE DRESS" at Volle's. But the service and fun attitude from Pamela was what this is about. I cannot speak highly enough of Volle's! I'm the Maid of Honor for my best friend and together we visited several bridal boutiques and larger chain stores as well. All of them paled in comparison to Volle's. The helpful, attentive service combined with such a rich history of this local shop are unmatched. My friend was able to try on dresses in a private room. All of the dressing rooms and common areas were incredibly clean and well kept as were all the gowns. To me this should go without saying, but Volle's was the only place we visited where this was true. All of the women here are so friendly and good natured; it really was such a great time. The prices and selection were also wonderful. A BIG thanks to all of you for treating my friend so wonderfully and for making such a significant purchase just a really great, fun time.
At last, a true boutique that makes a bride feel wanted and important. I had heard so many stories about this boutique that a visit was top of my list of bridal stores to go to. They brought me gowns, helped me get into each one and gave me options that I had not considered before visiting this boutique. I said, "YES TO THE DRESS" and am so happy. I had heard and read many wonderful stories from past customers. Yes, I wanted this store to be first on my list. The consultant was Deanna and she was so knowledgeable about styles, fabrics and fit my my shape. She was patient and skilled, you could tell she had been doing this for a long time. We narrowed to one and I still wanted to shop other stores. From store to store I went in search of a gown and a sales lady that treated me the way Deanna had. Sure I found a couple other gowns I liked, but it was the feeling I got at Volles that brought me back. And I did say YES to the dress! "I had the greatest experience at Volle's finding the gown of my dreams. I came to Volle's after shopping at many other bridal stores. I met with my consultant and she brought me up to a huge dressing room that had enough seating for all of my friends. Everything she pulled for me was exactly what I was looking for. "I went to Volle's today, not planning on really finding a dress I loved, because I already thought I found the one I loved at David's Bridal. Even though the service at David's Bridal was pretty bad, I still thought I would buy a dress there. That all changed when I went into Volle's and met Allison. Allison was upbeat and friendly. She listened to what I had to say and never once rushed me or acted put out. (unlike the folks over at David's Bridal.) She didn't even need to ask me what size I wore, and still she came out with dresses that either fit me perfectly or were just slightly large on me. I fell in love with one dress and then she bought in another dress that I would have never picked out, it was a totally different style, but it turned out to be amazing also. I was impressed that she could pick up on my style in such a short amount of time. The dresses were all clean and new looking, they obviously take great care in their stock. Thanks to Allison's great customer service and sales skills, I completely forgot about David's Bridal. I've been to four other bridal stores, and this one stands in a league of it's own.
